Consent to personal data processing

By submitting the qadi.ru form and checking the separate consent box, I voluntarily consent to individual entrepreneur Maxim Andreevich Petrov, tax ID 532205085731, registration number 320532100001968, processing my name, email, optional phone, selected service, message, submission time, enquiry ID and consent evidence to handle and answer my enquiry and agree on services. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, limited provision to Timeweb, blocking, deletion and destruction, automated and manual. The website server sends the enquiry to site@qadi.ru via Timeweb. Initial enquiries are processed until completed, for up to 90 calendar days unless another lawful basis arises. I may withdraw consent at site@qadi.ru; deletion is within 30 days unless another lawful basis applies. Consent excludes marketing, publication, document scans and special-category data.
